General Superintendent
Working superintendent to manage smaller to larger commercial/industrial projects. Projects located primarily in South Los Angeles and possibly the high desert. Applicant should be capable of self performing certain aspects of the project as needed. For example, light gauge framing, gypsum board (tape/sand/ready for paint), painting, carpet repairs, door installation, etc. Pay to be negotiated.
