UDC Company History - About Us

UDC Corporation was established by Mr. And Mrs. George Shaffer in 1983 as a full service industrial and commercial general contracting and design company. Being in the contracting business since 1960, the Shaffers’ had a vision to establish a firm that could provide diverse services to their customers. When they established the UDC Corporation, they founded four groups: General Contracting Division, Mechanical Systems Division, Structural Steel Division, and Concrete Construction.

With a history of strong performance, quality products and services, they created a company respected for innovation and performance, at competitive prices.

State of the art sheet metal fabrication equipment including shears, brakes, plasma cutting machines, and other CNC controlled equipment
